Simple, flexible rental rates
Workshop space is priced by the hour, or in 4- and 8-hour blocks. Therapy rooms and Pilates studios have their own per-session rates.

Who can rent space at Mind & Movement?
Independent physiotherapists, massage and manual therapists, Pilates and movement instructors, mobility teachers, wellness educators and workshop hosts. We provide the room and equipment; you serve your own clients.
Do I need to sign a long lease?
No. You can book by the hour, by the day, as an ad-hoc one-off, or on a recurring weekly slot. There is no long-term lease, renovation cost or equipment investment.
Where are your spaces located?
We have three central locations in Singapore — Orchard (Palais Renaissance), Raffles Place (Grand Building, CBD) and Somerset (111 Somerset) — each within minutes of an MRT station.
What is included in a rental?
Furnished, ready-to-use rooms with the right equipment for your discipline — treatment beds for therapy, reformers and props for Pilates, projector and seating for workshops — plus WiFi, a waiting area, changing room and water dispenser.
How much does it cost to rent?
Workshop space is $80/hour, $280 for 4 hours and $480 for 8 hours. Therapy rooms and Pilates studios have their own per-session rates — see our rates page for the full list.
